Force Of Nature

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of DesRosiers Architects, we created a short film that takes viewers through the stories, inspiration and details behind the work of celebrated architect Lou DesRosiers and his team. It’s about Lou’s life as much as his architecture because he’s never been able to separate the two. Go behind the drawings as he takes you through the firm's history and inside his home in Leland, Michigan. Get a glimpse inside Lou's childhood home, designed by his father Arthur, and find out how both deeply inspired him, as well as his work. "It's all about view, view, view" is one of Lou's mantra's that is brought to life in every DesRosiers Architects home and a visual theme throughout the film.
